Christ-follower
Jesus came into my life and delivered me from drug addiction in 1987. I was saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and called into the ministry within three months of knowing Jesus. I had no idea what the ministry was, but I knew that I had a reason for living and that God wanted to use me for His glory.
As I began to delve deeper into my faith, I found solace and purpose in the Scriptures, which guided me through some of the most challenging moments of my life. Little by little, I started to understand the profound impact that a life dedicated to serving others could have, not just on those around me but on my own spiritual growth as well.
Husband and Father
It is my greatest joy to be husband to my beautiful wife, and father to my two precious daughters! Sharing our lives together, creating countless memories filled with love, laughter, and even overcoming challenges, has been the most fulfilling journey I could ever imagine.
Watching my daughters grow, guiding them through life’s lessons, and cherishing every moment with my wife brings indescribable happiness to my heart.
Missionary
The Lord spoke to me about being a full-time missionary while I was in Bible school. It was 1993 when I took my first missions trip to Mexico. Every day during that trip, the Holy Spirit broke my heart for the nations. On that trip, I submitted my life to serve Him and said, “Wherever You want me to go, I will go. Whatever You want me to do, I will do.”
Since that time, I have traveled extensively around the world training leaders. I’ve served in Asia, living in Thailand and ministering in the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, and Nepal. My wife and I and our family are currently based in Kenya, serving throughout East Africa, equiping leaders in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Go To Nations
I’ve been a missionary with Go To Nations since 1995, and have had the privilege of traveling all around the world preaching the Gospel and training leaders.
Every day, our family and I get to live the most exciting, thrilling, and adventuresome life!

Author
Along with being a missionary, I am also an author. I began writing several years ago, mostly short stories of my experiences on the mission field. In 2019, I felt the Lord speak to me to write my life story and other books that would be passed down to future generations of our family.
I published my first book, “Adventures of Faith,” in 2022. My second book, “Through the Shadows: Overcoming Fear in the Midst of a Pandemic,” was published in 2024.
Amateur Photographer
I’ve always enjoyed taking photographs and began learning about photography a few years ago. I consider myself an amateur photographer, and enjoy taking photos of sunsets and landscapes. On my Digital Photo’s page, you will find some of my photos.
